Save a Life     Learn essential skills that everyone should know. We will practice chest compressions that you can use on a person in cardiac arrest. In addition, you will also learn how to stop life threatening bleeding using simple direct pressure and tourniquet application.
Archery    Learn how to shoot compound and/or traditional bows at animal targets 10-15 yards away. Learn bow basics so you will be able to select archery equipment that meets your needs.
22 Caliber Rifle     Learn to load, sight and shoot .22 caliber rifle at a variety of targets, using both traditional and telescopic sights.  Includes introduction to larger caliber rifles and traditional black powder.
Dutch Oven​ Cooking   Don’t go hungry in the outdoors! Learn how to cook a variety of recipes over an open flame or in a Dutch oven. You will learn about the types of cooking utensils, camp stoves, various foods, safety and how to build a fire without losing your cool! Sampling is a must, so bring your appetite!
Fly Fishing    Learn one of the oldest forms of fishing in our stocked lake. You will acquire information on fishing equipment, local fishing opportunities and fishing rules and regulations.
Self Defense    Now that you’ve learned about all these really great outdoor activities, are you a little apprehensive about going out into the woods by yourself? Learn methods of personal protection to handle any situation in which you might feel uncomfortable.





Handguns     At the end of this class, you will be able to safely shoot a variety of handguns and clean and prepare a handgun for storage.  The instructor will provide a broad spectrum of information about the operations and fundamentals of shooting handguns.
​Trap Shooting     Learn to shoot a shotgun! You will be introduced to the basics of shot gunning which includes learning the types and gauges; ammunition, chokes and loads used; parts of a shotgun, safe handling and safety equipment. Lean the joy of trap shooting.
​​Sling Shot 101    Now is your chance to unleash the kid in you or to learn a new shooting skill. Make a 21st century slingshot, to keep, and then try your hand on our carnival type shooting gallery. You’re guaranteed to have fun!

Craft Bird/Bat Houses    Make a bird house from a gourd or construct a bat residence (Got Bugs?)
Woods Walking    Are  you ready to view nature's beauty, breathe in fresh air, build your immune system, and tone your muscles or burn calories? Getting fit outdoors combines the healing power of nature with the healing power of nature with the healing power you have inside you. Let's get going together! Each walk is professionally customized to the needs of all participants, and all fitness and mobility levels are welcome!
